When Additional Charges May Apply

To keep pricing fair and consistent, extra fees are only added when a cat requires significantly more time or specialized handling. This may include:

Severe matting or compacted coats
Behavioural challenges that require slower, safer handling
Extended travel outside our regular service areas
Creative clips that require additional time and precision

You’ll always be informed if your cat needs extra time or care. Transparency is part of our promise.

What’s included in a Full Groom?

Each full groom includes a full coat assessment, safe handling, and all services listed in the package description. Every groom is tailored to your cat’s coat type, comfort level, and needs.

How do I know which package to choose?

Choose the package that best matches your cat’s coat length and the results you want. Short‑haired cats typically need maintenance grooms, while long‑haired or styled cats benefit from packages with more coat work or clipping options.

Can I upgrade or change packages at the appointment?

Yes, if your cat’s coat needs more (or less) work than expected, we’ll adjust to the most appropriate package and let you know before continuing.

What if my cat is matted?

If matting is present, we may need to upgrade to a package that includes additional coat work or a shave‑down for safety. Severe matting may require extra time.

How long does this package take?

Most grooming packages take 60–90 minutes, depending on coat condition and temperament.

Is this package suitable for anxious or senior cats?

Yes, all packages are designed with gentle, feline‑only handling. If your cat needs slower pacing, we adjust the groom to keep them comfortable.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, card, and e‑transfer. Payment is due at the end of the appointment unless a deposit was required.
