BEHAVIOR FEE
Our Certified Feline Groomer will work with you to create a grooming plan tailored to your pet's specific needs. Please note that behavior fees will be applied for cats that display aggressive or challenging behavior during grooming, such as flailing, excessive snapping, clawing, or hissing. For safety and effective handling, techniques like the "kitty burrito" or an air muzzle may be utilized when necessary. Given that grooming is conducted on the floor, this process can be particularly hazardous due to mobility constraints and the need for close interaction with the cat.
